Overview

After completing cancer treatment, your body and mind may still be adjusting. Many people experience fatigue, nervous system imbalance, lymphatic congestion, anxiety, sleep disruption, and emotional overwhelm — even once treatment has finished.

Post-Oncology Support Reflexology offers a gentle, nurturing, and non-invasive approach to help support recovery, calm the nervous system, and encourage a sense of safety and wellbeing.

Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique story, energy levels, and current health needs. With compassionate listening at the heart of every appointment, you will be guided into a deeply relaxing experience that can help soothe tension, support circulation, and allow your body a chance to rest, reset and recover.

During your first visit, Louise will take time to understand where you are on your journey, including treatments you’ve completed, current symptoms, and any areas of concern. From this, she will create a personalised plan designed to support your healing in a gentle, respectful way — working alongside any medical care or therapeutic support you are already receiving.

Ongoing sessions provide a safe space to slow down, ease stress responses, and encourage the body’s natural calming mechanisms — helping you feel more grounded, supported, and resilient as you rebuild strength and wellbeing.

How Reflexology Can Support You

Reflexology works by gently stimulating specific reflex points on the feet that correspond with organs, glands, and systems throughout the body. In post-oncology support, treatments are adapted to be slow, nurturing, and deeply calming, helping to soothe the nervous system after the physical and emotional demands of cancer treatment. Sessions aim to encourage relaxation, support lymphatic flow, ease tension, and promote balance within the body. Reflexology is always used as a complementary therapy, working alongside medical care to support recovery and overall wellbeing.
